I provide service to both prospective clients and existing customers. I can answer customer questions through in-person, phone, email, chat, and social media interactions and may also be responsible for creating documentation for self-service support.

I assist my clients with their daily business or personal tasks. I help with time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, basic data entry, booking travel arrangements,correspondence, and note-taking.

Email Management
I will set up alerts, rules, and filters to suit your needs and preferences. Clean up and sort, archive or delete old emails clogging up your inbox.

I can do various activities including research on products, competitors, customers, compiling statistical data, looking out for prospective vendors and their offers, checking out latest market deals and schemes etc.
Pricing
Filipino virtual assistants work on hourly rates that are fixed based on the skills required. Hire general virtual assistants for $4 per hour or above. My hourly rate is negotiable.
